Thanks to Team -Rotary Club of Miyapur #RotaryMiyapur & Rotaractors who woke up early in the morning around 3AM onwards involving themselves fully in preparing, packing and distributing the hygiene Break- fast, Packaged, Drinking Water, Milk Packets to almost 1500 Panic stricken residents of Bandaru Layout at Nizampet Village. It was a great day and it is not a one time activity. We shall serve them till they come out of the pains. We need your support too. Giving is one of the best investments you can make towards achieving genuine happiness. True giving comes from the heart, with no expectation of reciprocation. You’ll find that the more you give, the more you’ll receive. That’s what life is all about. Let’s practice and commit our lives to giving joy. Try it ! It works!

Tri-colour initiative - 3rd Largest National Flag at Bhogapuram, Eluru, West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh

Tri-colour initiative :

Recently while driving back to Hyderabad happened to see one more tallest Tri-colour National Flag hoisted in the lush green fields at Bhogapuram village near to Eluru, West Godavari district, Adjacent to the national highway. Got down from car and could not resist capturing the photos in my mobile phone camera.

This Flag is considered to be 3rd tallest flag, the second being the one hoisted near Tank-bund, Hussain Sagar Lake, Hyderabad.

A Special permission was taken from the government for Hoisting the national flag round the year. It seems that all the scientific support including designing of the iron pole, was done by the Reliance group. The width of the flag is 72 feet and height is 48 feet. It was tied to an iron pole whose height is 235 feet.
